I AM A MOTHER OF 2 BEATIFUL DAUGTHERS, 1 YR AGO I GAVE BIRTH TO PREMATURE DAUTHER THAT WAS ONLY 2LBS PUNDS SHE HAD A TOUGH FIGHT AHEAD OF HER TO SAVE HER LIFE. THEY DID ALL THEY COULD AND SHE ALMOST BEAT THE BATTLE UNFORTANTLY SHE HAD AFTER AFFECTS. NOTHING I DID CAUSED ME TO DELIVER HER EARLY ; I WAS CARRYING TO LOW AND WAS ON BED REST FROM THE BEGGING OF THE PREGANCY. SO WE ARE STILL FIGHTING AND HAVE HIGH HOPES OF HER BEING A FULLY HEALTHY LITTLE GIRL--

You may be able to get help from a local church or social services organization. You might also contact your local Dept of Transportation to see if they have any transportation assistance for the disabled. Hi, I am single mother, and disabled. I have degenerative disk disease and unable to work. I have already had surgery in my neck.(fusion) so there is plate and screws in it. My lower back has 4 disks that are bone against bone. Dr. said there is nothing that can be done.l have 2 kids that diabetes. My son works part time, but can only work few hrs. wk. because his diabetes gets him down.They lost their father due to suicide back in 98, he was very sick,and depressed and took his life and its been hard on us ever since. I have a 91 subaru and its the only vehicle I have and need it to get back and forth to numerous Dr. appointments and dont have money to keep paying other people to take me.The transmission went out on it,and its now in garage and they told me with used one they have and to put it in plus 4 used tires and labor, they would do it for me for $1,000.00. They said that is cheap,and it would cost me more but they felt sorry for me so they are cutting me a deal. Was supposed to get help from somewhere but they backed out and am now stuck with this bill and have no way to get car out of garage and no way to pay this bill. I am a single mother of 4, 2 of whom live with me. I had to give my 16 and 13 year old boys to my mom becasuse I couldn't take care of them. I am asking for any help whatsoever with my bills. I also to get clothes and shoes for my daughters. I am out of work at the present time due to a fall down a flight of steps on December 2, 2006. I am currently waiting for my disability to come through. This is only temporary and I just need about 2 or 3 thousand dollars to pay up my utilities and get them some clothes. We also don't have a car, so some of the money would be used to buy a gas card in order to get a ride from my daughters friend to go get groceries. We get foodstamps, but we still need household supplies and things.Thank you for your time.
I'm a stay-at-home mother of 4 who's in need of major help. I'm raising a 3 year-old child that is disabled who's in need of ocupational, physical, and speech therapy. Due, to his treatments and schedualing (no weekend hours offered) I'm must return back home limiting my financial imput into the family. We've recently discovered issues with our home that had to have been there before we purchased our home:
1. Basement-(we've discovered that the issues with the plumbing wasn't disclosed to us)( We, have video walk through which shows that the owner hid the issues with the sewer and told us nothing about any issues with pipes)(everything I do from cooking, cleaning , washing comes up through our basement)
2. 1 BedRoom-(Bedroom on cieling has mold/every time it rains because this home has not gutters the rain is coming into the home causeing the presence of mold/if it's on the ceiling then we really don't know if it's through out the home)
3.Bathroom-(Toilet has a whole in the floor that can show the basement/ todler small enough to fall through covered with a baby matress and rugs)
STEPS WE"VE TAKEN TO SOLVE ISSUES WITHOUT ANY POSITIVE OUTCOME:
1. Clergy-"What are you calling me for I'm not a plumber,"
2. Mayor/Alderman-(contacted their office still waiting for a response to emails/faxes dated 9/24/2006)
3. Congressman-(contacted congressman Jesse Jackson jr office said they only help seniors/at least his office called back)
4.US Design and Installation-(came out and gave us a free estimate $21,000!)
5. RCLA-(called them to refinance too many red flags 1. they wanted to hike up my interest rate from 9.3% to 10.9%(when they promised to lower it),2. They, wanted to only give us back 11,000(when they promised us $25,000), 3, They, wanted to add on to my mortage an extra $500.00 to my already high payment taking it from 892 to 1,300!(they promised to lower my payments).
NOTE: We, feel that this would be the outcome for us no matter who we go to inorder to take out a loan.
We, just want to create a Safe Haven for our children.
We, live in what's called a "hot spot" for drug activity and after a series of issues with strangers in the area trespassing on my property we stand in need of a gate but don't have $5,000 for an iron rod fence.

After, a series of issues with people (strangers trespassing on my property) a pit bull was allowed to roam into my back yard. After my husband and the officer got the dog out of the yard, it tried to attack my husband and was shot on my property. This hardest thing about it all was that my then 8/year-old son found the bullet cassing which I hold onto still...................
